Getting There
Accommodations
Arnold is a popular tourist area, but it has limited accommodations. If you are able to join us please make your lodging reservations as soon as possible. Here is a list of hotels we suggest within proximity to the wedding venue.
Transportation
Arnold a is small town nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains about 3 hours east of San Francisco.
If you are flying in we recommend flying to the Sacramento International Airport as it is the closest.
There is no direct public transit to Arnold. We recommend renting a car if you are flying in.
If you are from LA or the Bay Area, driving in is your best option.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be at our home in Arnold and there is No Street Parking. We have provided parking and a shuttle service. Parking will be at the Meadowmont Center, 2182 CA-4 #6, Arnold, CA 95223. Please park in the section of the parking lot under the Meadowmont Center sign, pictured below. The shuttle will also pick up at that sign. The shuttle will start running at 3:30pm, with the ceremony starting at 5pm.

What to wear
The dress code is cocktail attire but we encourage our guests to come with a touch whimsy. Dress with a corset, suit with a pauldron, dress pants and a pirate shirt, flower crown and elf ears, or a cape.
Whatever dressy outfit brings you joy and feels unique to you and your creativity is acceptable.
This is not a full costume event, however. While you are certain to make a dashing Batman or sexy nurse, we request that you save the Halloween costumes for Halloween. To guide you in your wardrobe selections, we have gathered some examples to help you along the way. While these are in no way meant to be exhaustive options, they will show you the general vibe that we are hoping that you bring to the wedding.
We also recommend dressing for chilly weather and to wear comfortable shoes, as our venue is outside and current forecast is showing a high of 68 and a low of 44.

Parking and Shuttle Service

Dress for chilly weather
Currently the weather is showing a high of 68 and a low of 44. be sure to bring a jacket or cloak.
Wear comfy Shoes
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors. Some of the ground is uneven. So we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
